Myra's Mountain Retreat is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house located on 7 acres of land located in the Ozark National Forest and just minutes from the beautiful Mount Magazine State Park and the Cove Lake Recreational Area.
Family Room
The large living room and dining room area has a 55" LG 4K OLED smart TV with Sony Blue-ray player and Roku streaming box attached. There is a large sofa with reclining end seats and matching reclining and rocking theater seating with cup holders. The dining room table seats six.

Kitchen
The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, refurbished cabinets, backsplash, new light fixtures and new Samsung appliances including gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is a small dining area adjacent to the kitchen that nominally seats 4. The kitchen is fully furnished including dishes, glasses, cups, pots and pans. Small appliances include an Instant pot, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, Mr. Coffee 12 cup coffee maker, Kitchen Aide stand mixer, hand mixer, food processor, crock pot and immersion blender. Paper towels, napkins and basic spices are also included. A starter set of Keurig coffee pods is included as well as powdered cream and sugar. Coffee filters are provided for the Mr. Coffee pot. Guests must bring their own drip coffee.
Master Bedroom
Master bedroom features queen bed, new furniture, 32" Samsung smart TV, Roku streaming box, phone/device charging station, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and bath.
Green Bedroom
The Green bedroom is a corner room with queen bed, phone/device charging station, and ceiling fan.
Yellow Bedroom
The Yellow bedroom has a queen bed, phone/device charging station, new furniture and ceiling fan.
Basement Bedroom
The basement bedroom has a queen bed, phone/device charging station, dresser and plenty of storage space.
Master Bath
Full bath with double sink vanity, walk-in shower, ceiling heater, vent, shower light, separate closet. Includes toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and hairdryer.
Upstairs Guest Bath
Full bath with combination tub/shower, ceiling heater, vent, new light fixture and plumbing fixtures. Includes toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and hairdryer.
Basement Bath
Full bath, with single sink vanity, walk-in shower, toilet, ceiling heat/vent, shelves with bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Includes toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and hairdryer.
Laundry Room
The laundry includes washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and folding table. Supplies includes are detergent, dryer sheets and spray starch in the cabinets above the washer and dryer.
Basement Sitting Area
An area to sit and hang out, visit with friends and family or for kids to hang out and play. Has 55" Visio Smart TV with Sony Blu-Ray player and Roku streaming box. Also has Sony "boom box" portable stereo/CD player.
External House & Yard
External pictures of the house and yard. We have a deck in the back, a firepit (wood not provided) and a large covered sitting area/pavilion with table and chairs.
Surrounding Areas
Myra's Mountain Retreat is surrounded by beautiful scenery and many things to do. Less than 10 minutes away is the Mount Magazine State Park Lodge, Skyview Restaurant and Cameron's Bluff Overlook and the Cove Lake Recreational Area.
