Download the sample Rental Agreement below, review it and let us know if you have any questions or comments about the agreement or House Rules. Email us and let us know what dates you're interested in and we'll respond and let you know if they are available and, if so, provide you a quote. You can also click the "Check Availability" button on the Home page to see if your dates are available. This will take you to VRBO; however, you don't have to complete a reservation to check available dates. In terms of payment, we accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
If you'd like to book, provide the following information to us via the email address below, along with your desired method of payment.
First and Last names of all persons Staying Overnight (Item 3 in Agreement), noting who is the Responsible Renter (must be at least 25 to make reservation)
Check-in and Check-out Dates (Item 5 in Agreement)
Phone number of Responsible Renter that we can reach you on during the Rental Period
Copy of Responsible Renter's Government-issued Photo ID (Driver's License, Passport Card, etc). Why do we need this? We do not require Guests to pay either a damage deposit or property damage insurance. As stated in the Rental Agreement, Renters are responsible for property damage and any missing items. We need to make sure you are who you say you are and that we have the ability to contact you if needed.
We will fill out the Rental Agreement with the information you provide and send the final agreement to you electronically for your review and signature. When you sign electronically, we'll be notified. We require 50% of the payment at time of booking and the other 50% prior to 14 days before arrival. If you have any questions, email us.
